SAS Executive Card: 20,000 level points a year

SAS Executive Card is SAS' own business card, a Mastercard World Elite issued by Bankaktiebolaget Nordiska, earning 25 bonus points per 100 kroner spent and 20,000 level points per card year into the cardholder's personal EuroBonus account. It costs 599 SEK or NOK per card per month, 499 DKK in Denmark, and is sold only to registered companies in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

The earn rate is not the news. The level points are. A business card that hands out status is a different product from one that hands out points, and that is the part worth doing the arithmetic on before a company orders ten of them.

What does SAS Executive Card give you?

SAS' own benefits page states 25 bonus points for every 100 kroner of eligible spend, and 20,000 level points every year with the card, which SAS says gives you EuroBonus Silver or a shortcut to the level above it. Both point types go to the cardholder personally rather than to a company pool.

The level points are allocated when the card is activated and again on each card anniversary, provided the card stays active and linked to the same EuroBonus account. They stack the way any other credit does: card points sit on top of what you collect from flights and from the ChangeMakers activities, so one card year can carry a whole qualification year for someone who flies rarely.

Lounge access arrives in two separate portions, and they follow different rules:

The SAS vouchers admit one person once, and the cardholder may hand them to other travellers on the same booking. Priority Pass membership opens lounges worldwide, but only the first five visits each year are included.

The rest of the package is the standard business-card menu, with a few figures worth keeping: travel insurance applies when at least 50 percent of the trip is paid with the card, the Avis link in the app gives President's Club status for twelve months and up to 35 percent off, Scandic Friends Level 4 follows automatically, and you get 3 GB of mobile data every calendar month across more than 100 destinations. A NordVPN Basic subscription is included for as long as the card is active.

What does SAS Executive Card cost?

599 SEK or NOK per card per month, 499 DKK in Denmark, billed a year at a time in advance. The price is per card, so three cards cost three times as much; companies wanting ten or more can ask for volume pricing.

The rest of the figures sit in the price list, and they matter more than the annual fee:

Credit is interest free for up to 45 days, according to the pricing and credit page. It runs from the purchase to the payment due date rather than from the invoice, so 45 days is the top of the range and requires the purchase to fall early in the billing period.

The calculation a company should run is simple enough: 100,000 kroner of eligible card spend produces 25,000 bonus points. Weigh that against the annual fee per card and the 20,000 level points, and the question becomes whether the status is worth something to the person carrying the card. SAS is giving 25,000 extra level points, so 45,000 in the first year, for cards boarded no later than 20 September 2026. The condition is stated on the front page: the offer is limited to one redemption per EuroBonus account.

The waitlist remains open as a "last call" group for companies that have not been assigned a boarding group. Signing up carries no obligation to apply.

The terms that take your points away

Benefit terms are where business cards separate from one another, and SAS' own carry four conditions worth reading before anyone signs.

An unpaid invoice voids the points. Bonus points are calculated monthly and credited only after at least the minimum amount due has been paid. If that amount is still unpaid after the creditor's second payment reminder, the points are forfeited for good, and paying later does not bring them back. That is not a late fee. It is a loss of points.

One card per EuroBonus account. A cardholder may have only one card linked to their account for earning bonus points and level points. If the same person applies for another card through a different company, it creates no new level points for the same card year.

The lounge vouchers are narrower than they look. They are valid only on departures SAS operates itself, not on arrivals, not on charter, and not on codeshare flights operated by another airline. Vouchers are redeemed in the SAS app, unused ones fall away when the next annual allocation arrives, and an activated voucher counts as used even if the lounge is full and you are turned away at the door.

Eligible spend is less than total spend. Fees, interest, cash withdrawals and any transaction SAS designates as ineligible earn nothing. Reversed, refunded and cancelled purchases do not qualify, and points already credited can be withdrawn. SAS also reserves the right to cap how much spend earns points in a given period.

Who can apply?

The support page states that the card is available to limited companies and sole proprietorships in Norway, to limited companies and sole traders in Sweden, and to A/S, ApS and sole proprietorships in Denmark. The company must be registered in one of the three countries and meet the credit requirements.

Administration happens in a dedicated admin platform where whoever runs the cards orders new ones, sets spending limits per cardholder and follows the usage. Cardholders use the SAS Card App for their own card and their own expenses. One thing is still missing: SAS says digital cards and mobile wallets are coming later in the autumn, and that only physical cards are offered for now. If the card has to work in Apple Pay from day one, this is not that card.
