Terms of use

1. Who you are contracting with

The service at bonusinsider.no is provided by Bonusinsider (Norwegian org. no. pending). Questions about these terms go to kontakt@bonusinsider.no. By creating an account or taking out a subscription you accept these terms.

2. The service

Bonusinsider is a search and planning tool for award trips with SAS EuroBonus and SkyTeam. It shows availability and points prices based on data collected continuously. Taxes, fees and any carrier surcharges are not shown and are payable in addition to the points price. Bonusinsider does not sell tickets; booking is completed with SAS or the relevant airline.

Availability and prices are controlled by the airlines and change continuously. The information in the service is therefore indicative, and every result shows when it was last checked. We cannot guarantee that a displayed award seat is still available, or that the price is unchanged, at the time you book. Always verify with the airline before booking.

3. Your account

The account is personal. You are responsible for your email address being correct and for activity on the account. We may close accounts that misuse the service, for example by automated bulk extraction of data or attempts to circumvent technical limits.

4. Subscription and payment

• The core features are free with an account. Paid subscriptions (currently Premium at 79 NOK/month and Pro at 149 NOK/month) unlock further features — current prices and contents are always shown before purchase.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. New subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial (a card is registered at the start); after that the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EEA you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you take out a paid subscription. To use it, email kontakt@bonusinsider.no within the deadline and any amount paid is refunded. Cancelling during the trial period means you are not charged.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep the data current and correct, but accept no liability for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of displayed availability or prices, or for downtime. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer legislation.

7. Intellectual property

The content of the service — design, text, compiled data and analysis — belongs to Bonusinsider. You may quote it with attribution, but not systematically copy or redistribute the datasets without an agreement.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms, for example when the service changes. Material changes are announced in the service or by email before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer resident in another EEA country, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
