About the subscription
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, with no lock-in.
What happens after the trial?
After 24 hours the subscription moves onto the plan you chose. You can cancel during the trial at no cost.
What is the difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro gives you the full search, alerts and saving. Premium adds the map, trip suggestions, the trip builder and booking guidance: the tools that assemble a whole trip.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you take out a paid subscription. Email us within the deadline and the amount is refunded. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged.
