About Bonusinsider

Bonusinsider is an independent search tool for award trips with SAS EuroBonus and SkyTeam, built and operated in Norway.

What Bonusinsider is

Bonusinsider helps you find and assemble award trips using EuroBonus points — on SAS and across the SkyTeam partners. You can search a route, explore the whole network on the map, let trip suggestions build an itinerary from available space, and get an email alert when award seats open up.

Every result shows two things: whether award seats exist on a given date and in a given cabin, and what the trip costs in EuroBonus points. Taxes, fees and any carrier surcharges are not shown. That part is paid in cash on top of the points, varies widely between airlines and routes, and must be checked with the airline before you book.

How the data is collected

We monitor award-seat availability continuously, route by route and day by day, and store what we observe. Every result therefore shows when the route was last checked, and you can request a fresh check for up-to-date numbers. Which routes are monitored, and how often, is documented on the route coverage page.

Availability changes quickly, so the numbers are always a timestamped snapshot. The operational status of the collection pipeline is published openly on the status page.

How points prices are calculated

Points prices are computed by our own pricing engine, which follows the EuroBonus zone chart — including the price changes of 1 December 2025 — and distinguishes trips on SAS-operated flights from trips with SkyTeam partners. On SAS-operated flights each direction is priced from a flat chart. With partners a one-way costs 60% of the round-trip price, which is 20% more per direction than half the round trip.

Independence

Bonusinsider is an independent tool and is not affiliated with SAS, EuroBonus or SkyTeam. The service is funded by subscriptions and receives no booking commissions or affiliate income, so we have no financial interest in what you choose to book.

Who is behind it
